• Sunscreen and hat for sun protection during warmer months

For your safety and comfort, please consider the following clothing recommendations:

• Pants: Jeans, athletic pants, or riding breeches are all good options.

• Shirt: A long-sleeved shirt is recommended.

• Shoes: Closed-toe shoes are essential and can include flat heeled boots, runners or riding boots.

• Cold Weather - Gloves and a warm jacket are recommended in cooler months.

• Extra Tip: Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dusty or dirty!

Your ride will be led by Bruce, who brings over 50 years of experience working with horses. He is supported by a team of experienced and friendly staff who are passionate about horses and dedicated to making sure everyone feels safe and welcome.

No need! We provide helmets that meet Australian safety standards. You’re welcome to bring your own, but it must be up to current Australian standards.

We carefully match each rider to a horse based on their experience level to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we make every effort to start rides on time. Occasionally, a ride may begin a few minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances but rest assured, your ride duration will remain the same. If you arrive late, however, your ride may be shortened, as we cannot delay or extend rides out of consideration for the next group. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, helmet fitting, and any pre-ride preparations.

The minimum age is 12 years old. 18 years and under must be accompanied on the ride by an adult.

Yes, for the comfort and safety of our horses, as well as our riders, we have a maximum rider weight limit of 90kg.

Your safty and comfort are our top priority. We ride in most weather conditions, including light rain, but if the weather is unsafe (such as thunderstorms or extreme heat) We may need to reschedule or cancel ride.
